Deliverables

Deliverables are any item (report, software item, product, etc.) developed by the Contractor and delivered as part of the contract. They often require a cross-reference in the deliverables list. The ARRT Requirements Definition allows you to link deliverables with specific tasks through the Inspection definition process.

  • Deliverable Classification Level (when appropriate) - select the Classification level for this Deliverable. When clicking the dropdown box, you will only be able to make a selection that is equal to or lower than the assigned Project classification.
  • Frequency - determine how often this Deliverable will be provided by selecting an option from the dropdown box or typing in a new one. This field is optional.
  • Quantity - type in how many Deliverables will be provided. This field is optional.
  • Deliverable Description - an optional field where you can type additional information about the new Deliverable.
  • "Assign Deliverable to Tasks" button - opens a new window where you can determine to which Requirements this Deliverable will be assigned.
  • Related Tasks - shows a list of Requirements to which this Deliverable is assigned.
  • "Manage Task Deliverables" - opens a new window where you can manage all Deliverables that are assigned to a specific Requirement.
  • "Previous/Next Deliverable" - navigates to Deliverables adjacent to the current Deliverable in the list.
  • "Save and Close" button - saves the new Deliverable and closes the dialog.
  • "Cancel" button - discards the new Deliverable.
